Plano & North Dallas

Restaurant online ordering, with someone local to call

Ordering with no marketplace commission for independent kitchens across Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney and Richardson. One of our founders is based here — so you get a person, not a support queue.

Why we're in Plano

North Dallas has one of the strongest independent restaurant scenes in Texas, and very little of the software sold into it is built by anyone who has eaten there. Most of it is sold from a call centre in another state.

Regulars has a founder based in Plano. That means the person who can actually change something about the product is a short drive away, and for restaurants in Plano, Frisco and Richardson we can come to you.

We build your page before you pay anything
Send us your menu, or point us at the one you already have online. We'll build your ordering page — your food, your name, your colours — and send you the link. If you like it, it's yours. If not, there's nothing to cancel.

What you get

  • Your own ordering page — no commission on orders through it, and nothing added to your customers' bills
  • The customer list is yours — names, order history, and who has stopped coming in
  • Automatic win-back — a text or email to regulars who have drifted, before they're gone for good
  • Setup and menu migration done for you — about twenty minutes of your time
  • Month to month — no contract, no cancellation fee
  • Keep your own card processor and the rates you negotiated, or use ours

Built for the way North Dallas actually eats

The Indian and Pakistani corridor along Preston and through Richardson is one of the densest concentrations of independent South Asian restaurants in the country. Those kitchens need spice levels, dietary tags, thali and family bundling handled as real fields — not a free-text note the kitchen has to interpret at eight on a Friday.

Legacy West and downtown Plano run a different business entirely, with different ticket sizes and different service patterns. Frisco and McKinney skew family and volume.

They don't have the same problems, so they shouldn't get the same software. Regulars ships with a different playbook for each kind of kitchen.

What the delivery apps are costing you

A restaurant doing fifteen app orders a day at a $28 average ticket pays somewhere near $27,000 a year in commission — before card processing. That is money taken from food you cooked, in your kitchen, with your staff.

Work out your own number with the calculator, or read how commission-free ordering actually works.

Talk to a person

Call or text 945-985-7999, or email regulars@charisappliedintelligence.com. We'd rather talk than sell — and if you'd prefer we just came by, say when.

We'll build your page this week

Book a 25-minute walkthrough, or just send your menu and we'll have something to show you. No commitment and nothing to cancel.
