This Privacy Policy explains how Regulars collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website and request a demo. We've written it to reflect exactly what the site does today — nothing more.
“Regulars” (“we,” “us,” “our”) refers to Charis Applied Intelligence, the operator of this website. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at regulars@charisappliedintelligence.com.
This policy covers our marketing website and the demo-request form on it. It is the only place on the site where we collect personal information. You do not need an account to browse the site, and we do not require you to provide any information to view our pages.
When you submit the demo-request form, we collect the details you enter:
If you type a business name into the free AI report tool, we use it only to generate that report in the moment. The report is based on common patterns for your type of business — we do not analyze your specific business, and we do not store the report.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance. We do not use this to build advertising profiles, and our site does not run third-party advertising trackers.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site. They only receive what they need to do their job for us, and they’re not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we’ll notify you of any change in how your data is handled).
We keep demo-request details for as long as we’re in contact with you about becoming a customer, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights” below).
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing messages. To exercise any of these, email regulars@charisappliedintelligence.com and we’ll respond as required by law.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you’re in the EEA or UK, our legal basis for processing your demo-request data is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can access it.
Our site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy as our services grow. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you.
The sections below will apply once the Regulars ordering platform launches. They are placeholders today and do not yet describe live systems.
When online ordering launches, this section will describe how guest orders and payment information are handled through our payment processor, what we do and don’t store, and applicable PCI obligations — written against the real processor (e.g., Stripe) at that time.
When SMS and automated marketing launch, this section will cover consent, message frequency, carrier charges, and how to opt out — written against the real messaging systems at that time.
When POS integrations launch, this section will describe what data is exchanged with connected systems (e.g., Toast, Square, Clover) and how it’s used.
